Keyholders

Introduction

These can be used by alarm handlers for reference, and also to send them snapshots from devices.

When adding Keyholders, a verification email is sent to the email address entered, an icon will be displayed once the email address is confirmed. 

This gives additional confidence to the alarm handler, knowing that the email will be delivered. 

Adding a Keyholder

This is done through sites. Click to view the site and then select Keyholders on the left.

Select Create Keyholder and enter the relevant information

Viewing the Keyholders

This is how they will display once created. 

When the user has verified by clicking the link within the email sent upon creation, an image will be displayed next to the email address to show this.

They can also be viewed from within an alarm by clicking on Keyholders at the top. 

They will also be available when sending the snapshots. 

Removing a Keyholder

To remove a Keyholder, select the user by clicking the tick box on the left of the user and then click on Delete Selected.
