What is Signal Poll Failure?
Signal poll failure is a feature provided by webeyecms. When enabled on applicable devices, an alarm will be generated if no signals have been received for a defined period of time.
Signal poll failure can be configured upon initial device creation or by editing the device.
The frequency of how often webeye checks for signals can be configured by using the drop down menus.
If your system is configured to send periodic test, or arm and disarm signals, these will count as signals and webeye will not generate signal poll failure alarms for the configured period.
