ONCE THE BELOW STEPS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED, PLEASE CONTACT THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM ON 01157149990 TO COMPLETE THE DEVICE SETUP.

Before powering on your EZVIZ EB8 you will need to add it to the webeyeCMS platform.

You will need the following information that can be found on the device sticker

1. Serial number
   
2. Verification code

Once this information has been obtained, please go to https://monitor.webeyecms.com

To add the device to webeyeCMS please navigate to the following.

Manage>View Site>Devices On Site>Create Device

In the device creation menu please change the Type of device to IP Camera and enter the Serial Number of the device, once the rest of the details have been filled out, please continue to the next page.

On the Configure Device page please change the IP Camera Type to EZVIZ, once changed please enter the Verfication Code into the Access Token field.

For battery monitoring and camera control via webeyeCMS please enable the following.

Battery Configuration

1. Has battery box.
2. Monitor battery charge.
3. Generate low battery alarms.
   

PTZ Control Options

1. Enable Channel 1.
