Challenger Overwatch - Camera mounting guide

Introduction

This guide outlines how to mount the cameras to the Challenger Overwatch equipment. This is also applicable for similar mounting solutions.

Required (per camera):

1. 1x M4 x 20mm bolt
   
2. 1x M4 Nut (Use nylon locking nuts where possible)
   
3. 2x Washers
   
4. 4mm drill bit

Mounting the wedge

1. Drill a 4mm hole at the top centre, inside of the wedge, 10mm down from the top.
   
2. Put a washer onto the bolt and push this through the whole drilled on the wedge
   
3. Push the bolt through the top central mounting whole of the Overwatch (pre drilled)
   
4. Put a washer on the inside and then the nut
   
5. Tighten whilst ensure the wedge is level
   
6. Once installed, the wedge should be flat to the metalwork

Mounting the camera

Place the camera on to the wedge and slide the camera down so it locks into place.
