Challenger Overwatch - Camera mounting guide
Introduction
This guide outlines how to mount the cameras to the Challenger Overwatch equipment. This is also applicable for similar mounting solutions.
Required (per camera):
- 1x M4 x 20mm bolt
- 1x M4 Nut (Use nylon locking nuts where possible)
- 2x Washers
- 4mm drill bit
Mounting the wedge
- Drill a 4mm hole at the top centre, inside of the wedge, 10mm down from the top.
- Put a washer onto the bolt and push this through the whole drilled on the wedge
- Push the bolt through the top central mounting whole of the Overwatch (pre drilled)
- Put a washer on the inside and then the nut
- Tighten whilst ensure the wedge is level
- Once installed, the wedge should be flat to the metalwork
Mounting the camera
Place the camera on to the wedge and slide the camera down so it locks into place.
